What does DTCP approved mean?

DTCP is the Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Government of Tamil Nadu. A DTCP approved layout has been checked against planning norms such as land use, road widths and open space reservation — so plots can be legally registered and built on, and are generally eligible for home loans.

Where are your projects located?

All our projects are in and around Pollachi, Coimbatore District — Kullakaapalayam and Aachipatti on the Coimbatore–Pollachi Road, Thoppampatti on the Palladam Road, Kanjampatti, Sulakkal, Vadugapalayam, Panikkampatti, Cheran Nagar, Kovilpalayam and Sakthi Mill. Upcoming locations are Mahalingapuram, Aachipatti, Sakthi Mill and Maakinaampatti.

Do you sell only plots, or houses too?

Both. Buy a DTCP approved plot to build on later, or choose a new 1, 2 or 3 BHK independent house in our layouts. If you already own land, talk to us about construction.

What is the price range of your houses?

Independent houses in our current projects start from about ₹32 lakhs for a 1 BHK at Vetri Velavan Avenue and go up to about ₹59 lakhs for a 3 BHK at Sri Sundharam Avenue. Prices depend on plot size and availability, so please call for the latest price list.

Can I get a home loan?

DTCP approved properties are generally eligible for home loans from banks and housing finance companies, subject to each lender's own checks. Our team can tell you which documents to keep ready — and you can estimate repayments with the EMI calculator above.

How do I book a site visit?
